Migrating a regulatory information management platform to meet ISO IDMP standards — a compliance-driven migration with little natural room for user experience. The users were specialists working in a dense, high-stakes domain, and the platform's complexity meant a heavy support burden: people couldn't find what they needed, and the support team absorbed the cost.
UX strategy for the migration — information architecture improvements, structured documentation, interactive prototypes, and close developer communication throughout. The work meant translating regulatory requirement into something specialists could actually navigate, and holding that intent steady across a long migration.
The support burden surfaced by this project led directly to a second piece of work: an AI support assistant, prototyped on Novo Nordisk's ChatBrd framework and later shipped as RIMBot.
